SMNWAY INC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operating under the alias SMNWAY INC on Google Play and the Apple App Store, takes your privacy seriously and is dedicated to protecting it. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we may collect when you download, install, register for, access, or use this mobile application (the “App”). It also describes how we use and share that information, as well as the options available to you for managing, updating, or deleting your data.

This policy DOES NOT apply to information collected in other apps or websites (including third-party websites you may access through the App), or information collected by any third party. These third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally. For significant changes, we may notify you via email or through the app. Please review this policy periodically, as changes take effect immediately upon posting. In some instances, you may be asked to explicitly agree to the changes. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Services.

Data we collect, its usage, and limited sharing practices

Personal data we collect from you

When you use the App, you have the option of providing us with any of the following information, which we refer to as your “User Data”:

General information: By creating an account on the app, you agree to provide certain personal details, which may include your name, email, birth month and year, password, and language preferences. Additionally, you can create personal notes, which you may update or delete at any time as you wish.

Health-Related information: When using the app, you may voluntarily provide personal health-related data, such as your weight, height, body mass index (BMI), body temperature, menstrual cycle details, pregnancy status and related information (if you enable pregnancy mode), and symptoms associated with menstruation. You may also input other wellness-related information, including sexual activity and health details, Medicines taken, water consumption, and sleep duration.

Your data is securely encrypted and stored on our servers. Access is restricted to a small group of authorized personnel within our team. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is necessary to support and enable your personal use of the app.

We use Analytics Data to fix and improve the App and evaluate features, including if and when users use different features, and how quickly new features are found. Analytics Data is anonymized, meaning it cannot be traced back to you. We process Analytics Data using Google Analytics, Firebase, and Microsoft App Center, but do not otherwise share it.

Advertising Data

Our app may collect your device’s Advertising ID—a standard, non-personal identifier used in mobile advertising—and share it with trusted partners. This identifier does not contain personal information but may be used with other data to infer user behavior.

Both iOS and Android allow you to reset or disable this identifier, and we fully respect those choices. No additional personal data is shared alongside the Advertising ID.

Our app may transmit your device’s Advertising ID without attaching any personal or additional information. This helps deliver relevant ads while maintaining your privacy and safety.

Purchase Data

When you buy a subscription or in-app item via the Apple App Store or Google Play, the transaction is handled entirely by the respective app store. We do not have access to your payment details. The only information we receive includes the order ID, purchase amount, date and time, and in some cases, your ZIP code. This limited data is used solely by our support team to assist with refund requests when necessary and is never shared with third parties.

The uses outlined above reflect the limited ways we handle the information you provide or that is collected from your device while using our app. Additionally, we may disclose your Personal Information if required to comply with a valid court order, law, or legal process.

Advertising service partners

As noted, we may share your device’s Advertising ID with third-party ad networks (“Advertisers”) listed below. We do not link any other data to this ID; however, Advertisers may independently collect information about your online activities across services using that identifier. This data may be used to deliver interest-based or targeted content to your device.

Your Choices

You can choose to opt out of interest-based ads served by our advertising partners and also reset or disable your Advertising ID through your device’s Android or iOS settings. Please be aware that even if you opt out or disable the Advertising ID, you may still receive ads in the app, though they may be less personalized.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your User Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse. However, please understand that no internet transmission or electronic storage method is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Children’s Privacy

Our app is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal data with us, please contact us, and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
